With only a few 10 minute lazy girl bed workouts, we can make a lot of progress. I know that all of us have been there… without the motivation to start working out; however, I got the solution!
In this article, I want to share my 6 favorite and effective workouts. They are perfect for lazy girls because almost all of them can be do at bed.
And we don’t need to feel worried about this because it’s normal; we cannot be motivated all the time.
What we need is consistency, and 10 minutes is better than nothing.

Lazy Girl Bed Workout | No Jumping, Full Body
Another great video from our Vicky girl! We have tons of videos where she shares new ways to workout at home in only 10 minutes.
This is a super easy one, and I would definitely recommend doing it!
You can do this entire workout lying down in bed because there is no jumping. Also, it is an apartment friendly workout, so there are no excuses for trying this one.
