  1. I love this post as I’m just FINALLY experimenting with setting actual hours. I’m a blogger and an Earthologist (affiliate with Earthley Wellness) and I’ve really fallen behind with both! So this week I’m just starting with telling myself to close my office door between 12:30-2:00 Mon-Friday . This first week is small but it’s more time than I’ve been spending and it’s to see what in there works and where the kinks are. Then we will see how to improve with making those hours work or extending them next week.
