    • Hi Michelle! I understand you because I struggled with it too. What I did was to think about my current state and from that, I created my goals. I cannot say that I’m going to start working out 5 days per week for 40-60 minutes if I haven’t worked out in a while (or never).

      I have to be honest with myself and understand what my body can do right now. Even 5 minues is a great start! So, don’t worry too much and make it simple!
