These workout routines are great for everyone, but let me clear something up before starting:

40 Min Full Body Home Workout
In only 40 minutes, you can burn fat and gain muscle while working your full body. For this specific routine, you’ll need a pair of dumbells and a mat.
ABS Workout to Snatch your Waist
In only 15 minutes of exercising, you can work your core, get abs, and define your waist. No equipment is needed for this one, so you can use only your body weight and a mat.
There’re no excuses to not get into this home workout session.
Grow Booty not Thighs | Home Booty Workout
If you want to grow your booty, not your thighs, this routine is for you. In no more than 10 minutes, this home workout will help you to get rounder booty.
Also, no equipment is needed, so don’t avoid adding this exercises to your routines.
300 Fire Hydrant Booty Challenge
This workout challenge can be used as a glute activation or a workout finisher. I promise you, for about 12 minutes, you’ll be working your booty until you feel the fire! Not sure if we should say that it’s an instant result, but it works!

Last but not least, we need a cardio workout to take care of our heart. In 10 minutes, you can have a fun and fat burning hiit cardio with no equipment. You can burn about 100 calories which is perfect for a ten-minute workout routine.
