How to start a daily journaling habit
This habit is one of the easiest to implement in a daily routine, but I think that we can find it difficult because of time. Not everyone has the same amount of time to work on personal goals, but here I have some tricks and tips to develop this habit this year.
- Incorporate this habit into your morning/night routine – the idea is to add it when you know that the routine doesn’t change often.
- Choose a quiet place to write down your thoughts.
- Keep your notebook or journal in a place where you spend most of the time so you don’t forget to write some lines each day.
- If you can, set a timer on your phone to remember yourself the journal activity.
- Make your journal habit an obvious activity by taking your journa with you while you prepare and drink your coffee.
Now that we know how journaling helps yourself and how to actually implemet it into your routine, we can jump into the promps for self discovery.
