When I started this process of working on myself, I wanted to focus my attention on every aspect of my life at once. I assumed that things work very quickly and that I’ll get best results in just a week. However, this is not so easy.
One of the most important part of implementing good habits to our life is that we have to be disciplined first. Stay consistent with that one habit for at least one or two months and you’ll see results.
How to Implement Good Habits?
One of the best ways (and the one that I always recommend) is to focus on one habit per month. If you want to start working out, then create the routine to workout consistently for an entire month, and then you can start the next habit.
You’ll have a lot more chances to succeed if you focus your attention in one activity, master it, and then move to the next one.
