While I was a teenager, I struggled a lot to do the things that make me feel happy and joy. I was afraid of doing simple activities like asking questions to my teachers or working out in front of my classmates.

It was really difficult for me to do all the normal activities in front of other people.

I think that it’s kind of hard being part of a society because people are always judging you and telling you what you should or shouldn’t do with your own life.

However, if I want to work on my personal growth, become a better version of myself, find balance between my personal, family and professional life, I need to start thinking beyond those superficial stuff.

Then I made up my mind. And I realized that I had to stop worrying about what other people think because they have their own reasons to do certain things and those reasons aren’t really about me.

Remember that caring about other’s opinions is not the best practice because some people don’t really want to contribute to your growth.

My main idea here is to help you to find new activities to do in your daily life in order to stop thinking about what people are thinking.

I didn’t think about this when I was a teenager. Indeed, I learned that we can only control how we react to other’s opinions just a few months ago. I knew about it, but I truly learn it when I started this personal growth journey.
